Naas AFC takes your data privacy seriously. Therefore, we want to explain how the club handles your personal information.<\/p>\n<h3>How We Use Your Data<\/h3>\n<p>Naas AFC acts as the Data Controller for any personal data you provide during player registration. We process your data to register and maintain your club membership. This means we use your information for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team sheets and match administration<\/li>\n<li>Referee reports and disciplinary matters<\/li>\n<li>Injury reports and insurance claims<\/li>\n<li>Transfers, sanctions, and permits<\/li>\n<li>Fundraisers and statistical reports<\/li>\n<li>Club news, events, and match updates via text, email, WhatsApp, or Facebook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who Can Access Your Data<\/h3>\n<p>Club Committee Members, Team Managers, and Coaches may access your data. In addition, certain members of the associated leagues (SFAI\/KDUL) may also view it. If you submit an injury or insurance claim, your details will go to Naas AFC&#8217;s insurance underwriters.<\/p>\n<h3>How Long We Keep Your Data<\/h3>\n<p>Naas AFC retains your data for the duration of your membership. After your membership ends, we may keep your data only where legal obligations require it.<\/p>\n<h3>Your Rights<\/h3>\n<p>You have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request a copy of all your personal data by emailing <a href=\"mailto:naasafc@gmail.com\">naasafc@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Have your data updated, corrected, or deleted<\/li>\n<li>Object to how we process your data<\/li>\n<li>Withdraw your consent to processing by contacting <a href=\"mailto:info@naasafc.ie\">info@naasafc.ie<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Opting In<\/h3>\n<p>The club asks that you opt in to receive communications on all club matters. Please read and complete the form below. Then return it to your team manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you do not provide your personal data, the club cannot register your membership.
