Naas AFC U16 Major 2 produced one of the goals of the season as they romped to a 6-3 win away to Kildare Town — and Sean Savage bagged a hat-trick to boot.

In a first half of pure quality, the boys played it from keeper to defence to midfield to striker, who dummied the keeper before rolling into an empty net. A move the opposition could only stop and stare at.

Niko Dziabor fired a double and Fionán added another, with Savage completing his treble as Naas ran riot. The hosts nicked three late consolation goals after wholesale changes, but the result was never in doubt.

And a special word of thanks to new sponsor FMI, who kindly footed the bill for those sharp new blue jerseys.
