RAMPANT NAAS HIT TWELVE IN SENSATIONAL MOONE DEMOLITION!
What a performance! Naas AFC’s Boys U14 (2013) Premier superstars put on an absolute masterclass on Sat, 26 Sep 2026, roaring to an emphatic Moone Celtic 0–12 Naas AFC derby triumph over Moone!
With a full squad of 17 available, conditions were generally good despite a strong crosswind and a long playing surface.
Naas took control of the game from the opening whistle and needed just six minutes to find the breakthrough.
Some excellent work from Leo helped Naas create the opening before Peter played Senan through. Senan made no mistake, producing a smart finish to give Naas an early lead.
Just two minutes later, Naas were in again.
This time Leo provided the final ball and Senan finished clinically for his second of the afternoon. At 2–0 after only eight minutes, it was already a sign of things to come.
Naas continued to dominate and on 20 minutes produced the goal of the game.
Peter picked up the ball around 20 yards from goal and unleashed a cracking strike into the top corner, giving the goalkeeper absolutely no chance.
Five minutes later, Naas had their fourth.
Jason delivered an excellent corner into the area and Charlie rose to meet it, powering his header home.
An unfortunate Moone own goal just before the interval completed an excellent opening half for Naas.
With a full squad available, the second half provided an opportunity to introduce fresh legs and get valuable minutes into the entire group.
Despite the changes, the lads never took their foot off the pedal.
Peter added two more well-taken finishes to complete an impressive hat-trick and take the score to 7–0.
Hin then got himself on the scoresheet before Adam added another to make it 9–0.
Stephen rounded off the scoring with a well-taken finish to make it 12–0.
There were goals throughout the team, with Senan continuing his excellent start to the season with another two, Peter completing a hat-trick, Antoni adding a brace and Charlie, Hin, Adam and Stephen all getting on the scoresheet.
Most importantly, it’s a first league win of the season and a positive performance to build on.
