First Half
Match Report: Naas vs Kilcock Prem u12
Naas vs Kilkock Prem u12 impressive dominant performance from the Naas girls despite missing a lot of first team players.
Second Half
Naas were out of the traps fast and had started strong attack with Kayley up front, Evie on left. Lauren who made her debut for the team on right. It was however Laurel who made the breakthrough attacking down the right and put in a dangerous shot that Kilcock struggled to deal with 1-0 Naas.
Naas continued to push forward with Aoife impressive on the wing supporting the always dangerous Kayley. The Naas back 4 of Faye,Laurel,Alex and Aine were quiet with Kilcock struggling to attack. Aoibhainn was ready in goal when called upon. Naas were unlucky to only be ahead 1-0 at halftime.
2nd Half kicked off with Kate and Alana pushing on for that second goal. Naas had a breakthrough with Evie slotting home from a tidy finished 2-0. Naas had followup chances with Lauren and Aoife. Kilcock were rewarded with a dubious consolidation goal. Naas however put the game to bed with great run from Aoife to win a penalty. Kate slotted home from spot 3-1 to settled the game.
Naas move onto an important fixture with Newbridge next.
A special call out to Lauren who had a really impressive debut.
