MISSION & VISION
At Naas AFC, development means more than winning. We challenge every player and coach to improve β not to play at the highest division, but to play at a level that matches their ability and ambition. Our mission is simple: every child should enjoy football, feel supported, and grow as a player and a person.
Founded in 1990, Naas AFC has grown from a single team into the largest club in the Kildare and District Underage League.
Today, the club fields 30+ teams across boysβ, girlsβ, and senior football β all supported by an extraordinary volunteer network.
In 2025, Naas AFC earned FAI Club Mark accreditation β recognition of the governance, coaching, and safeguarding standards that underpin everything the club does.

Stacey joined Naas AFC in 2024 as Head Coach for girlsβ football. Since arriving, she has been instrumental in driving cup success and growing the girlsβ section of the club.

Wayne joined Naas AFC in 2025 as Head Coach for the U13βU15 boysβ teams. His impact has been immediate, with results and player development improving across the age groups.
