Girls U12 (2014) 6:1 Suncroft

Fresh from a week off training and games the girls travelled to Suncroft for their next fixture.It was a good job they were well rested because what they met was plenty of elbows,pulling. Dragging with a few kicks and a bit of football thrown in.a helped None of this referee afraid to use the whistle,perhaps he was put off by the large local support.
Quickly going one nil down it looked like it was to be a long afternoon,however the girls done what they do best and let their football do the talking. Came away with a 6-1 win.While Suncroft had plenty of numbers Naas had no subs to call on so each girl played every minute in very tough conditions which made the result even better.
As always the passing,teamwork and supporting each other on the picth was to be admired.The girls done themselves,their coaches and their club proud today.A big well done to all.
