The Match
Tuesday evening saw the girls travel to Allenwood for their second game since the weekend.With the sun shining and the pitch looking great the conditions were perfect.
Despite what the scoreline finished at this was a tough Allenwood side,physical in their approach and backed up by a fantastic goalkeeper who prevented a number a certain goals.
The Result
Every goal Naas scored was hard earned,at least three of them started out in defence with nice passing combinations through midfield and then into the forward line. Eventually finding the net,each one nearly better than the last.On the night we had some brilliant individual performances but it was the teamwork and work rate of the whole squad that led to the win.
The girls are after coming through two very tough fixtures that will stand to them for the rest of the year. After winning each of their nine games this one stands out as their best performance so far🟣⚪️🔵
